Part II
We’ve whipped them up for you before, and you loved them! Now, we’re back with more! This weekend, we’re setting up a Sangria Bar at Kitsch Mandi, Bangalore. Head over there to try drinks. Or you could make home too. Here are our crazy Sangria concoctions!
Tangerine Tango
You’ll need:
2 cups of chopped apples
375 ml of Big Banyan Merlot
¼ cup of sugar
1 cup of tangerine or orange juice
¼ cup of brandy
How to make it:
- Take a big pitcher and combine the apples, wine, sugar, juice and brandy.
- Stir it well and make sure the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Taste it and adjust the booze or sugar as needed.
- Refrigerate overnight.
Rosy Posy
You’ll need:
1 cup of sliced watermelon
1 cup of sliced strawberries
375 ml of Big Banyan Rossa Rosa
½ cup of Sprite
½ cup of Vodka
How to make it:
- Take a big pitcher and combine the fruits, wine and Vodka.
- Stir it well and add the Spite.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Before serving, add a dash of Sprite and garnish with slices of fresh watermelon and strawberry.
Green Envy
You’ll need
1 cup of sliced green apples
1 cup of sliced tangerines
375 ml of Big Banyan Chenin Blanc
½ cup of Sprite
½ cup of Vodka
How to make it:
- Take a big pitcher and combine the fruits, wine and Vodka.
- Stir it well and add the Spite.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Before serving, add a dash of Sprite and garnish with slivers of fresh fruit.
