Monday Mixology Episode 1: Wine Cocktail – Mango Mojo
Episode 1: Mango Mojo
You’ll need:
1/2 cup fresh mango puree
3-4 tsp of powdered sugar
4-5 mint leaves
150 ml Big Banyan Bellissima
40 ml soda water
How to fix it:
– In a shaker, add in the mango puree, sugar, mint leaves and Big Banyan Bellissima.
– Give it a good shake.
– Stack 8-10 cubes of ice in a glass, and pour the liquid over the ice.
– Top it with soda.
– Stir and drink.
