Pickers hand
Under the Indian sun, Sangiovese finds a new destiny — ripening in unfamiliar warmth into something both familiar and transformed. Its acidity holds, bright and unwavering. Its fruit speaks freely. Its structure, quietly resolute, stands its ground. This is a wine shaped by what the soil whispers and what the vintner chooses to hear. Uncork it and read what it has to say. Serving temperature: 16 - 18° C Available in States : Karnataka, Goa

Fermentation Control
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 30 days at a temperature below 18°C. It is then aged in stainless steel tanks for 1 year.
Oak Integration
There is no oak contact, in order to preserve the fruity character typical of the varietal.
