The Big Banyan Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 -12 months at a temperature <18° C
Oak Integration
The wine is aged with contact to medium roasted French oak staves in the tank. The contact with oaks brings out tertiary aromas of eucalyptus.
