Varietal Details
Our Grenache grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Nashik region, where the high altitude helps preserve the varietal’s fruity character and softer tannins.
Maceration Control
The light hue of the Picker's Hand Grenache is produced with short skin contact of about 48 hours only.
Fermentation Control
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 25 days at a temperature below 15°C. It is then aged in stainless steel tanks for 10 months.
Oak Integration
Oak is introduced in the tank in the form of staves to give greater depth and structure to the palate.
