Fermentation Control
The Big Banyan Shiraz is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 - 12 months at a temperature of <18° C
Oak Integration
After fermentation, medium roasted French oak chips are introduced into the tank. The wine is then aged for 10 months with the chips.
